Three AMaRC investigators, Professor Hang Quach, Professor Joy Ho, and A/Professor John Reynolds, were invited and sponsored by the American Society of Haematology (ASH) to participate as faculty in the recent Asia-Pacific Clinical Research Training Institute (CRTI) held in Hanoi (7-10 March 2023). 

The three investigators presented guest lectures in clinical trial design, workshopped proposals from the trainees for new trials (including two in myeloma), and established new mentoring networks in this selected group of early and mid-career haematologists in the APAC region. 

The CRTI aims to equip regional research leaders in clinical haematology with the tools, skills, and leadership attributes to make their research ideas a reality.
